# How To Minimize Chat Box

## Chat box in your way? Follow these few steps to close or minimize the chat box.

**Close Chat Box**

- Select the "**X**" button at the bottom of the chat box

**Move Chat Box:**

- Hover over the multiple dots on the left of the close button until you see a hand.
- **Click and hold the mouse button** and drag it anywhere on your screen.

- You can do this while it is minimized as well

**Received Messages:**

- If you receive a response to a message you started but the chat box is minimized, you will get a bubble with a number on it.

- Select the chat circle to open the message screen up
