How To Request a BOL For a Warranty Unit, Transfer Case, or Engine

Need to request a BOL to return your warranty unit, transfer case, or engine? Just a few steps and you are on your way.

  • Open the Warranty Home Page Here
  • Click "Request a Defect/Warranty Bill of Lading"

  • Fill in the required information and then Click "Submit" 


NOTE: A BOL will be sent to the email indicated. Please print two copies. One will be requested by the driver to take, the other should be signed by the driver and kept for your records until a unit and core credit has been issued.
