# How to Reset Your Password

## Need to reset your password? Or can't remember the password for your account?

- If you aren't able to login to your account or don't remember your password 
    - When on the login screen, click "**Forgot Password**"

    - Input your Transend Username (email address) and click "**Send Email**"

    - Open your email and find the email with subject "Transend - Password Reset Request" from "noreply@nexamotiongroup.com" and click "**Reset Your Password**"

    - Input your "New Password" and "Confirm Password", click "**Set Password**" to save the changes

- To change your password when you are logged into your account 
    - Click on "**Manage Account**"

    - Scroll down to the "PASSWORD" section and click "**Edit**"

    - Input your "Current Password" and then your "New Password", and "Confirm Password", click "**Reset Password**"

    - When you see the green banner "Password Updated Successfully" your changes have been saved
