Setting up your Rewards Account

Setting up your rewards account can be completed within a couple of minutes.

• When logged into transend.us navigate to your account tab select "Rewards"
  
• If you receive a pop up Click "Activate with Transend Account"
  If you have not created a Transend account Click "Create Transend Account + Activate" to complete both steps
  
• Review the terms and conditions and Click "Agree"
  
• You will need to verify your contact information.
  • Input your Cell Phone and Click "Send Code" to receive the 6 digit code by text. Once you receive the code input it and Click "Verify and Update"
  • Input your Email address and Click "Send Code" to receive the 6 digit code by email. Once you receive the code input it and click "Verify and Update"
    
• Review the Additional Questions and select the applicable responses Click "Continue with account setup" 
  
• Choose your Contact Preferences and Click "Continue with account setup"
  
• Select your Security Questions and provide the answers, Click "Continue with Account Setup"
  
• You may receive a pop-up message providing updated Privacy Policy, Click "Privacy" to review the document and Click "Close" to agree to the terms and close the window
  
  

Congratulations! You are ready to begin earning points on all your Transtar orders, you can now monitor your points through this dashboard
