How To Return an Unused Unit, Transfer Case or Engine

Unit shipped was the wrong unit? Need to return an unused unit, transfer case or engine? No problem, initiate a return by following the steps below.

  • Select "UNUSED UNIT"


  • Fill in the requested information


  • Click "Submit" 
NOTE: A BOL will be sent to the email indicated. Please print two copies. One will be requested by the driver to take, the other should be signed by the driver and kept for your records until a unit and core credit has been issued.
