How to Register a Transmission, Transfer Case, or Engine Warranty and Initiate a Claim

Need to register your warranty or initiate a claim on your Transmission Unit, Transfer Case, or Engine? We have made it easy to complete this process through Transend.

Registering a Warranty:

  • Open the Warranty Site
    NOTE: In order to return an unused unit please first obtain a RMA/RGA number from your sales rep or contact (833) 363-1938 for assistance then complete this form
  • Click "Register Warranty"

  • Input either the "Order #" or the "Serial #" and click the "Search" button

  • If the order is found the information will populate and you will be able to click the "Next" button to proceed

  • Complete the form including all required fields and click "Submit" to complete the registration
    NOTE: This registration is required to receive your certificate, you can find most information on the packet you received with your part

Initiating a Warranty Claim:

  • Open the Warranty Site
  • Click "Initiate Claim"

  • Input either the "Order #" or the "Serial #" and click the "Search" button

  • If the order is found the information will populate and you will be able to click the "Next" button to proceed

  • Complete the form including all required fields and click "Submit" to process the claim
