How to Register a Transmission or Transfer Case Warranty and Initiate a Claim

Registering a Warranty:

Open the Warranty Site
NOTE: In order to return an unused unit please first obtain a RMA/RGA number from your sales rep or contact (833) 363-1938 for assistance then complete this form
Select the "Register Warranty" button
Input either the "Order #" or the "Serial #" and click the "Search" button
If the order is found the information will populate and you will be able to click the "Next" button to proceed
Complete the form including all required fields and click "Submit" to complete the registration
NOTE: This registration is required to receive your certificate, you can find most information on the packet you received with your part

Initiating a Warranty Claim:

Open the Warranty Site
Select the "Initiate Claim" button
Input either the "Order #" or the "Serial #" and click the "Search" button
If the order is found the information will populate and you will be able to click the "Next" button to proceed
Complete the form including all required fields and click "Submit" to process the claim
