How to Initiate a Core Return

• Under your account number select "Initiate Return"
  
• Click inside the search box to get the drop-down menu
• Select "Core" under the All Other Parts (e.g. Torque Converters, etc)
  NOTE: To return a Transmission Unit or Transfer Case fill out this form
  
• Type in the "Part Number" and "Quantity" for each item you are returning
  • NOTE: DO NOT hit the Enter key if you are entering more part numbers
    

• Scroll down to the bottom of the page
• Input your return reason as (CORE RETURN) in the "Notes", this information required for the process to be completed in a timely manner
• Select the "Submit Return" button
  

• You will receive an email with your return request number
  
  

How to review an open core return:

• Under your account number select "Core Return"
  
• Use the filters to search by the "Part/Order Number" or a specific "Date Range"
  
• Review the open Core connected to your account by scrolling through the list
  

Print Your Open Cores:

• Within the  "Core Returns" section
• Select "Download"
  
  
  
• A download window will appear, select "Open File"
  
  
  
• When excel opens Click "File"
  
  
  
• Select "Print"
