How to Edit Users, User Phone Number and Change Email

Changing user name or phone number

Changing email - A new user will need to be created

Create a new user before deactivating the old email
Select the down arrow next to your name
Select "Manage Account"
To the right of "Manage User" select "View"
Select "Create User" and enter the requested information
Select "Create User" to save the changes
Once you have created the user, on the "Manage User" page, select the user you just created
Select "Edit Privileges" tab
Select "Is Admin" if this user should have administrative right. You can turn on or off for any user. Administrative rights allow the user to make changed to the account and has access to the wallet feature and ability to pay bills. Admirative rights also allow you to control the "Manage User" page.
Select "Update Privileges"

De-activate an email

On the "Manage Users" page, select the email you want to deactivate. If you are deactivating your current username, log on to the new username you just created to do this step.
Switch the "Is this user active?" button to off, select the "Save" button at the bottom

Restore access or view inactive users

Select the "Is Active" to show inactive users
Select your user you want to restore
Edit the person's information and select the "Is this user active?" button, select the "Save" button at the bottom
Select the "Edit Privileges", select "Is Admin" if you wish to make the user an admin, select "Update Privileges" to save the changes
