How to Find Your Order Information

Are you looking for a recent order, or a specific part recently ordered? This article will review the Order page and where to find this information.

  • Under your account number select "Orders"

  • Within the order history page you can filter by "Order Number", "Order Type", "PO Number", "Part Number", and "Order Date Range" clicking "Filter Orders" to apply the filter

  • To review the order click on "View Details"

  • Within the order detail page you can view the Order Status

  • If available you can track your order by clicking "View Tracking" order_history_5
  • Click on "View Product" to review the product details and easily re-order the part
