Setting Up Payment Methods

Looking to set up payment methods for orders or paying invoices? This article will walk you through how to Add a Bank Account, Credit Card, and Complete the Credit Line Application Process.

Are you ordering through PartsTech or Nexpart? You will need to have your payment method setup before you will be able to place orders through the platform. Setting up your payment method is easy. 

  • Under your Account Name and Number Click the down arrow, and Select "Manage Account

  • Once in your account Click "View" next to the "Wallet" option

  • Within your Wallet you will see the option to "Add Bank Account" and the option to "Add Credit Card"

    • When you Click "Add Bank Account" you will see a pop-up window requesting you input the Banking information. When you have completed all requested fields Click on "Add Bank Account"

      PLEASE NOTE: ACH setup will take a couple of days to complete. You will receive email notifications through the validation process.

    • When you Click "Add Credit Card" you will see a pop-up window requesting you input the Credit Card information. When you have completed all requested fields Click on "Save Card"
