How to Reset Your Password
Need to reset your password? Or can't remember the password for your account?
- If you aren't able to login to your account or don't remember your password
- When on the login screen, click "Forgot Password"
- Input your Transend Username (email address) and click "Send Email"
- Open your email and find the email with subject "Transend - Password Reset Request" from "noreply@nexamotiongroup.com" and click "Reset Your Password"
- Input your "New Password" and "Confirm Password", click "Set Password" to save the changes
- When on the login screen, click "Forgot Password"
- To change your password when you are logged into your account
- Click on "Manage Account"
- Scroll down to the "PASSWORD" section and click "Edit"
- Input your "Current Password" and then your "New Password", and "Confirm Password", click "Reset Password"
- When you see the green banner "Password Updated Successfully" your changes have been saved
- Click on "Manage Account"
