How To Return a Unit, Transfer Case, or Engine Core

Need to return a core for a unit, transfer case, or engine? Follow the steps below to help you get this core return started. 

  • Open the Warranty Site
  • Click "Request a Defect/Warranty Bill of Lading"


  • Select "CORE RETURN"


  • Fill in the requested information


  • Click "Submit"


NOTE: A BOL will be sent to the email indicated. Please print two copies. One will be requested by the driver to take, the other should be signed by the driver and kept for your records until a unit and core credit has been issued.
