How To Update Your Account Information

Did you change your business name, move locations, or need to update your phone number? You can get this corrected with a quick email.

NOTE: This applies to business that are the same owner. Sold business (new owners) will need to set up a new account.

Send an email to customersetup@nexamotiongroup.com

  • Include your account number (if you are changing ship to only account, use that account number)
  • Business name as it appears on your account 
  • Address as it appears on your account
  • Phone number as it appears on your account
  • New business name 
  • New address 
  • New phone number 
  • Reason for the change of information 
  • Attach a new tax exemption form (if changing name and address)
