- Type in the "Part Number" and "Quantity" for each item you are returning
- NOTE: DO NOT hit the Enter key if you are entering more part numbers

- Scroll down to the bottom of the page
- Input your return reason in the "Notes", this information required for the process to be completed in a timely manner
- Select the "Submit Return" button
- You will receive an email with your return request number
NOTE: Please keep this number as some returns require it to complete the process, you will also receive your pre-paid return label via email
