How To Submit a Valve Body Warranty

Need to a warranty request for a valve body? RMA return number is needed from the vendor. You will need to know the vendor for the valve body and follow the instructions listed.

You will need to contact the correct vendor for approval for a warranty claim.
  • Sonnax - limited lifetime warranty - Warranty claims must be directed to Sonnax at 1-866-243-8829. Sonnax will provide Tech support. If the issue is not resolved and the VB is deemed defective, they will provide a warranty reference and RGA.
  • Central Valve Body - 1 Year warranty, Warranty claims must be directed to 918-341-0266. Central Valve Body will provide Tech support. If the issue is not resolved and the VB is deemed defective, they will provide a warranty reference and RGA.
  • Ream Man - 1 Year warranty, Warranty claims must be directed to 517- 337- 4681. Ream Man will provide Tech support. If the issue is not resolved and the VB is deemed defective, they will provide a warranty reference and RGA.
  • Valve Body Pro - 1 Year warranty, Warranty claims must be directed to 408 -287- 4503 and Valve Body Pro will provide Tech support. If the issue is not resolved and the VB is deemed defective, they will provide a warranty reference and RGA.

After you have obtained a RMA number, then a warranty claim can be submitted. Use the RMA number in the "NOTES" field on your return request.
